I am sorry I could not come back to you earlier on the Model Agency deal because i did long studies about all the Model Agencies.

It would be too expensive to buy a famous agency. So the best deal I have found is to buy 3 different agencies to form one. I have already identify each of the agencies:in
Paris, New-York, Los Angeles. The aim is to form a big one.
You give me the finance to buy: 100% of share capital (about 11M euros) but to start I advise to buy 51% which is enough to control and it reduce your initial investment.

Sooner I will advice to buy 100% so we can play the music better.

I have already identify the perfect team that will allow me to know all sensitive information, business practices and expand worlwide the future agency.

I would take on board Bernard Hennet, ex.CEO of Elite who has sold 3 years ago all his shares in Elite. His non compete clause (NCC) is ending this March. So he can start a similair profession and be part of a new agency in competition against Elite, he is exited about the idea and he is one of the world best model agency executive.

Let me know your thoughts as I have a conversation with Bernard tomorrow. If you are interrested to go further, I will work to provide you all useful elements to support a valuation of the likely investment.
